Discover Your Funny Bone
How to use humor to relieve stress and build relationships

Humor is the shortest distance between two people.  Laughter relieves stress, diffuses conflict and fosters a creative atmosphere for problem solving. In this class you will discover what humor can do for you, how to utilize it as a survival tool and how to make people laugh when you tell a joke.

What is a teleclass?
A teleclass is an interactive telephone seminar conducted by conference call. It is a great way to gain knowledge and new ideas from the comfort of your home or office. When you register for the teleclass you will receive a telephone number. Call this number at the beginning of the hour and the teleclass leader will be there to greet you.  Listen, participate, and bring a piece of paper and pen to write down all the great tips, strategies, and tools you will receive.

The Discover Your Funny Bone teleclass is part of a day of FREE teleclasses provided by the Greater Pittsburgh Coaches Association. Throughout the day there will be several exciting classes to participate in. Register for as many classes as you like.

(Please note while teleclasses are free, you will incur a charge for the telephone call in accordance with the terms of your long distance or local carrier. Sorry, no cell phones are allowed as other people on the Teleclass will not be able to hear the class well or dial in.)
