Public Speaking Coach
Sally Chopping
Sally
Chopping is the President of “Acting for Business”; a company that teaches
people how to use acting techniques to improve their body language and
communication skills. Her clients include Toyota, the Air National Guard, FedEx
and Comcast.
Sally is
British and she lives in Pittsburgh were she has appeared three times this year
on WPXI, Channel 11 News to give her expert opinion on Ben Roethlisberger’s body
language. Her public speaking advice has been quoted in the Pittsburgh
Post-Gazette and the Wall Street Journal and the Governor of Kentucky made her
an Honorary Kentucky Colonel for her service in teaching public speaking skills.
Sally is a
graduate of Drama Center London, which is the top Method Acting College in
Britain. She has acted in repertory companies throughout Britain and
hosted television and radio shows in Texas. Her Texas television credits include
being a host for "PM Magazine" and a film critic for "Eyewitness News". Her
radio credits include hosting a daily radio show called "The Chopping Block".
She has won the Toastmaster International Humorous Speech
Contest twice and won the
Toastmaster International Impromptu Speech
Contest and has taught classes in humor at Point Park University. |
